Sandplay Therapy
Sandplay therapy (or Sandtray therapy) is a non-verbal, expressive therapeutic approach that helps children, adolescents, and adults explore their inner world through the creation of three-dimensional scenes in a sandbox. Using sand and miniature figures, clients can safely express emotions, conflicts, and unconscious themes that may be difficult to articulate through words alone. This gentle, creative process supports emotional healing, self-awareness, and inner transformation.

How Sandplay Therapy Works?
Creating a Scene: The client is offered a tray of sand and a wide selection of miniature figures—such as people, animals, buildings, and symbolic objects.
A Safe, Supportive Environment: In the presence of a trained therapist, the client builds a scene that may reflect their life, emotional state, relationships, or a specific challenge.
Therapist’s Role: The therapist provides a calm, non-judgmental space. Rather than interpreting or directing the scene, the therapist gently accompanies the client throughout the process.
Exploration & Insight: After the scene is created, the client and therapist may explore it together. This often leads to meaningful insights, emotional release, and deeper understanding.
